Medical Secretary

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course; Office Administration or related fields preferred. Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.

Job Description

  1. Prepare and edit correspondence , communications, presentations, and other documents of the Chief Medical Officer
  2. Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
  3. File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
  4. Arrange and coordinate meetings and events of the Medical Director.
  5. Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of the Meeting
  6. Answer and manage incoming calls.
  7. Monitor, respond to, and distribute incoming communications.
  8. Receive applications and schedule interviews of Medical House Staff (Resident Moonlighters and Junior Consultants).
  9. Responsible for maintaining and updating Medical Staff 201 files.
  10. Prepare, maintain and manage timekeeping records of various Departments.
  11. Audit incentive reports submitted by the Department RODs/Cons.
  12. Prepare and coordinate activities of all Department (Lay Forum).
  13. To do other duties or activities that may be assigned by your superior from time to time.
