Job Description

The primary role is to promote hospital services to patients and customers, aiming to establish a recognized brand, enhance the hospital’s reputation, and increase company revenue. The position focuses on:

  • Attracting attention and generating interest in the hospital’s services.
  • Creating and maintaining a strong brand image.
  • Implementing marketing strategies to engage, inform, and retain patients.

     

  1. Ensure that daily operations, company procedures, and customer service standards are consistently followed.
  2. Complete sales and marketing administrative tasks, including running marketing reports, conducting research, and maintaining databases.
  3. Develop promotional materials for hospital services, health packages, and special offers.
  4. Manage branding and public relations, including promotional strategies and product development.
  5. Organize health-related events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs.
  6. Provide logistical support for events, seminars, and trade shows.
  7. Assist in writing and editing sales and marketing materials, including articles, presentations, and promotional content.
  8. Maintain project tracking spreadsheets and business marketing calendars, ensuring all stakeholders execute the Marketing Calendar effectively.
  9. Act as a liaison between the hospital and advertising agencies, print suppliers, freelance talent, and marketing service providers.
  10. Prepare event invitations, agendas, track payments or refunds, and registration forms for hospital-led events.
  11. Provide personal and administrative support to directors, including coordinating travel, scheduling appointments, and preparing agendas.
  12. Manage marketing and media event budgets, ensuring smooth execution of trade shows and seminars.
  13. Regularly coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  14. Perform other duties assigned by management as needed.
