Qualification:

Must be a graduate of any 4 year course and computer literate.

Job Description

  1. Must provide efficient customer service to patients.
  2. Report daily census of processed LOA of procedures and consultations.
  3. Also assist HMO Liaison officers on any concerns, both operational and administrative.
  4. Assist in verifying patient’s coverages and HMO details.
  5. Assist patients at the window for any inquiries, both consultation and procedure.
  6. Verify patient’s member status.
  7. Call up HMO providers for outpatient approvals/ inquiries.
  8. Update doctors list on-leave for the day or on vacation.
  9. Answer telephone inquiries regarding any concerns related to HMO.
  10. Verify available doctors per schedule at information department.
  11. Check availability of forms per HMO provider and coordinate with them for request.
  12. Must collaborate and coordinate with other departments to be able to process LOA requests.
  13. To do other related duties or activities which may be assigned by his/her superior from time to time.
